Business as Usual:  An Integrated Approach to Learning English is a course for intermediate students of business English based on situational dialogues.  Each lesson is packed with everyday, useful American business expressions and situations that are interesting in context and practical in nature.

Each of the 15 lessons is made up of 7 sections:

1. ❖DIALOGUE introduces the key language in a typical American-style business situation
   

2. ❖COMPREHENSION QUESTIONS tests students' understanding of the main dialogue
   

3. ❖MATCHING challenges students to choose the appropriate response to different statements
   

4. ❖MINI-DIALOGUES presents three short dialogues that recycle the key language of the lesson.  Students listen, then role-play for speaking practice
   

5. ❖PAIRWORK-PRACTICE has two conversations that students rearrange before checking the recording for the correct order and then role-playing the dialogues with a partner
   

6. ❖AMERICAN BUSINESS CULTURE continues the lesson's theme by reading a short essay that provides a window into American business culture
